- Provide nursing care by ensuring that patients are ready prior to surgery to facilitate the conduct of surgical procedures.
- Assist with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment and consultation
- Provide effective and efficient nursing care to patients
- Assist Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Physicians and other personnel as needed to ensure good patient care
- Schedule follow-up consult of patients and ensures the availability of the doctor on the agreed schedule.
- Performs ongoing patient assessment and revise plan of care based on patient's response and condition
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care and ongoing assessment of patient's status
- Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Providing safe and effective nursing services to patients in order to achieve their satisfaction
- To perform the important task of educating patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments
- Assist with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
- Maintain and update patient records and provide administrative assistance
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
