This position is responsible for performing the role of the product and service specialist, ensure accurate fitting of spectacles and contact lenses and other optical aids, dispenses prescriptions and ensures quality eye measurements; and facilitate consultative selling and thereby achieving and exceeding sales targets for the respective categories and ensuring consistent execution of the customer service journey.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail optical store environment- Willing to work On-site (Robinsons Galleria & SM East Ortigas)
Good knowledge of lenses & other eyewear products
Excellent customer service skill- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
