Resolving IT Support requests from customer.
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers- Handling customer technical support cases through email and chat tools.
Bachelor's College Degree / Computer Science / Information Technology.- At least 6 Months 1 Year Experience working IT Support or equivalent.
Can work in Shifting Schedules, Holidays and Weekends.
- Must be willing to work On-Site in Makati City, Philippines.
