Resolving IT Support requests from customer.
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers- Handling customer technical support cases through email and chat tools.
Bachelor's College Degree or Equivalent- At least 6 Months 1 Year work Experience.
Can work in Shifting Schedules, Holidays and Weekends.
- Open to CHINESE / FILIPINO / INDO / MALAYSIAN / TAIWANESE / VIETNAMESE.
MANDARIN (Speaking / Typing )
is a REQUIRED
