Functional Overview:The role of a Team Leader is to set goals for performance and training in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates. The Team Leader is responsible for people management.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate employee's skills and performance quality
- Identify areas in employee's skills that require improvement
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Implementation of department-related policies
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Prepare and submit reports- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Overseeing the Operations and overall designated team
- Conducts proper resolution when the need arises
Other duties assigned by the Operations Manager/ General Manager
Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong personal and professional judgment
Analytical and detail oriented
Graduate/Undergraduate of Management or any related course
- Atleast 2 years TL / Management Experience in a BPO company.
Must be comfortable handling mature related content- Proficient in MS Office Applications like Excel and Word
Willing to work on shifting schedule
