Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in operations, Private Equity, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role (Handling KPIs)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledgeable about financial products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Experience in Geneva and Black Mountain System is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php112,
  • 00 - Php117,000.00 per month
