Qualifications- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 1-2 years of experience as operations team lead- Knowledgeable in warehouse and logistics
Must know how to drive four wheels (automatic/manual)
Can start immediately- Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa
Main responsible in overseeing the day to day operations and ensure that the site is working according to set company standards and in achieving company set targets on time.- Handle tasks in monitoring staff performance and key results areas (i.e. salesmen sales performance, warehouse inventory and others)
Manage site's operational budgets, resources and conduct daily inspection routines
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability
Provide training, coaching, conduct performance evaluations to improve employees skills and productivity- Hiring and recruitment of site's approved manning headcount
Preparation and ensure compliance to government reportorial requirements (i.e. business permits, etc.)
- Preparation of sites business reports and regular presentation to the company
