Role Summary
Our client is looking for an Operations Support Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring system alerts during shifts, responding promptly to issues, and executing appropriate actions based on a flowchart. This role involves basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
WORK SCHEDULE: TBD Pacific Daylight Time, follows Philippine holidays

Essential Functions
- Monitor system alerts and notifications during assigned overnight shifts
- Follow established troubleshooting protocols to address issues
- Execute problem-solving actions based on provided flowcharts
- Restart systems or escalate issues to senior staff as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of alerts and actions taken
- Ensure all issues are resolved within the allotted time or escalated appropriately
- Provide weekend coverage as needed
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in the related field
- Previous experience in operations, dispatch, or customer support roles
- Basic technical aptitude; prior experience with dashboards or similar systems is a plus
- Experience working overnight shifts or in similar roles is an advantage but not required
- Familiarity with troubleshooting systems and technology
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
