About the Job

Communicate and connect with our trainers, learners and learning consultants from all over the world as a Jr. Support Associate. Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, and act as a first line of customer support that provides top-notch service for our users, and ensures a seamless experience for both trainer and learner during their lesson.
  • What You'll Do:
Offer the learner, and trainers worldwide the best experience possible by providing support and being efficient in giving the solutions to concern or issues that arise on our learning portal.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve requests and issues via email, live chat, and phone.
Monitor lessons and internal tools 24/
  • Be an expert and ensure a smooth communication with our internal clients.
Support our learning consultants abroad during their offline hours or in case of emergency.
  • What We Are Looking For:
One previous successful experience as a Customer/Technical Support
  • Bachelors/College Degree in any field
Internet savvy and proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Open Office
  • Process-oriented and have keen attention to detail
Impressive analytical and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both orally and written
Open to work onsite and on graveyard shift in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
