Job description:The Operations Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager to overseeing day-to-day operations/museum activities, managing a team, and ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
Must be a bachelor's degree in any Business courses.
- At least 3 or more years strong experience as Supervisory in Recreational/Entertainment/Leisure industry.
Must be able to make policy, planning and strategy decision making.- Must be able to develop, implement and review the operation policies and procedures.
Must be able to multi-task to overseas the daily operations.
- Must have strong good communications skills and strong customer service.
Can assists in the operation of other sections and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Amenable to work in The Dessert Museum, S Maison Mall, Pasay City.
