Job Summary:The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the production facility. This role involves managing employees, coordinating logistics, optimizing production processes, and ensuring effective production planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in Industrial Engineering and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes in the steel industry.
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering graduate
- With 3 - 5 years significant work in high volume manufacturing set up with exposure on PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), Hydraulic, and Basic Electrical background
At least 1 -3 as Team Lead as Shift Supervisor- With experience in warehouse logistics, production planning, construction, or forming machines
With exposure in Lean Manufacturing, QC tools and GMP
- With experience in commissioning automation and industrialization
Can interpret Engineering Drawings
