ADMINISTRATIVE:- Sets and formulates annual objectives for their accounts based on the key results areas provided by senior management.
Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company.- Develop external relations with third-party suppliers, Local Government Unit (LGUs), and other stakeholders.

versees controls and monitors project implementation based on the approved Operational guidelines and in accordance with proper schemes/processes stated in the Client's advice.- Ensures timely submission and accuracy of post-mortem reports to the Business Manager (BM) with clients for operational concerns when needed.
Plans and evaluates project requirements and prepares Project Operational Brief
- Coordinates with the Business Manager (BM) and Area Operations Managers (AOM) regarding project particulars i.e. manpower, adequacy of stock materials, premium items, funds and other logistical support required for the assigned project.
Attends to all requests and enables access to all artwork stations, providing the necessary files needed by the Business Development Department.- Conducts regular visits to project sites and workplace to ensure the efficient execution of ongoing projects.
Prepares a progress report for submission to the Head of Operations (HOO), that summarizes the performance results of each on-going project showing the following:
- Actual performance versus target
Suggestions, learning and recommendations for improvements.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PLANNING:
Leads in the crafting of the Execution Plan for project bids and final implementation.- Negotiates with venues and conducts ocular inspections during initial project planning and if necessary, for project bids.
Prepares the BCS for project bids and final implementation.
- Coordinates with the R&T and HR departments for the sourcing of manpower
Prepares Operational / On Ground Checklist- Prepares Internal reports to be sent to the business development department.
Ensures that projects are implemented within agreed upon budgets.- Ensures timely and proper submission of Liquidations of Cash Advances made for the project.
Ensures that Cash Advances made for projects are used only for proper and legitimate project needs.
Ensures proper staffing for projects.
- Manages the Operations Supervisors and the AOMs in their day-to-day operations and concerns.
Ensures that all instructions, responsibilities, and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel.- Ensures that the Company Core Values are followed through constant examples.
Proposes immediate superior activities that enhance subordinates skills through structured field coaching and customized classroom training.
- Is knowledgeable about the ways of working with frontliners and other enabling departments and ensures that these protocols are met.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be people oriented.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal oriented. Must have knowledge/experience in Operations.
- Must have knowledge/experience on Brand Activation and Marketing
