Incumbents in this class manage and coordinate the activities of an assigned computer operations shift works directly with computer personnel and technical advisors to evaluate and implement suggestions relating to program utilization and equipment problems. Supervises the implementation of scheduled production activities develops and implements operational procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy of the team.
Skills Required
Supervise others by assigning/directing work conducting employee evaluations, staff training and development, taking appropriate disciplinary/corrective actions, making hiring/termination recommendations, etc

Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of any IT Related Degree
Proficient on principles of WAN/LAN and TCP/IP
Proficient on functions of Hub, Switch and Router
Proficient on functions of PABX
Knowledgeable on Information Technology best practices and standards
Knowledgeable on Linux
With minimum 1 year experience as Technical Support Supervisor or System Administrator
