Operations Supervisor

Major Function

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible in the overall planning, leading, organizing and controlling of the overall warehouse operations from inbound, inventory and outbound and other resources to comply with total operational activities such as stocks receiving, put-away, picking, checking, documents releasing, stocks loading, inventory cycle counting and other operational activities. Also, He/she shall be managing warehouse deficiencies including customer complaints and develop improvement or action plans to resolve operational deficits and SHEQ concerns.

• Qualifications and Competencies

Graduate of any four (4) year business course

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Supervisory Level

Attended training/seminar on Warehousing / Logistics

• Above average communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving, good in people handling

With leadership skills, result-oriented, good interpersonal relations, flexible, committed hard-working, innovative, persistent and positive outlook and team player
