Led major projects of the company regarding water utility systems.- Support Operations Manager with the preparation of documents related to water utility system.
Identifying areas for improvement in operations and administrative processes, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity of branches.
- Supervising and guiding staff members, assigning tasks, and ensuring they have the resources needed to accomplish their goals.
Monitoring and managing budgets for the department, ensuring expenses stay within allocated limits.- Create memorandums, notices, and other related documents regarding operations, customer, and administrative concerns.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to operations and administration.
- Facilitating communication between different teams or departments, as well as communicating expectations and updates to staff members.
Addressing any issues or challenges that arise in day-to-day operations, finding solutions to minimize disruptions.- Generating reports on departmental activities, performance metrics, and other relevant data for management review.
Providing training and development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
Receive, record, prepare, review, process, forward, and track the status of any complaints against operational branches.- Attending seminars or meetings related to operational concerns.
Advising top management, managers, and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Conduct a cost-benefit analysis for the operations, maintenance, and improvement of a water utility system.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
