Job Description

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for effective and efficient supervision of handling the day to day operations of an organization or business. Duties of Operation Supervisor includes stock take and review of various department reports and documents relating to operations.
  • Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or related field
  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience, one (1) year of which is in a supervisory capacity
Willing to work at Otis, Paco, Manila

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operations Supervision

    a. Manpower Management for technician assignment and schedule dealership in coordination with lead technician which includes the seminar/ training product updates for the technician.

    b. Coordination of key personnel in dealership/ PDI area.

    c. Brief installation specialist on set procedures on quality control on the product installation adhering to standard operating procedures.

    d. Oversee the warehouse stocks in coordination of warehouse supervisor.

    e. Oversee the technicians on job order specifics and schedule of release of the units received and coordinate the same to the lead technician and counter sales which includes the inventory of product installed.

  • Product Logistics Administration

    a. Inspection and handling over vehicle to customer.

    b. Maintain positive working relationship with sales, marketing group and or various company department personnel (Installation specialist & admin/ operations assistant.

    c. Ensure strict compliance to international standards of carried ACCS products.

    d. Monitoring of stocks and order management

    e. Enforce and implement all policies, procedures and system adherence to operations.

  • Customer Supervision
    a. Develop plans and programs for service/ operations improvement concerning operation and customer satisfaction

    b. Conduct time to time trainings and seminar with service/ operation personnel/ technicians aside from weekly meetings

    c. Attends to customer complaints in writing or in person that includes proper management on reported back-jobs.

    d. Assists the manager in the periodic inventory and review of existing policies and sales work processes

    e. Recommends new and/or enhancement of existing policies and work processes to promote operational efficiency in the unit

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
