To monitor and keep track the daily performance across all Department, including operational policies, daily transactions, administrative tasks and ensure that all compliance are monitored and applied to a cost-effective output.
Supervise day-to-day transactions to ensure the Operations is running efficiently and meets the expectations and needs of Client and Management.- Monitor the efficiency of the Operations and apply methods to improve processes, such as customer service, internal controls and cost-effective execution of results.
Continuous training and developing staffs to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Evaluating the performance of the team member, report positive and/or negative feedback, address any shortcomings and identify opportunities for possible improvement.
Analyze business requirements and customer needs and delegate day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Collaborate with Department and Disciplines for strategic planning and goal-settings.
- Nurture positive relationships with other Disciplines and provide customer service as needed.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent with diploma
Experience :
- Preferably minimum 1 Year working experience on Warehousing and Logistics Services.
