Hi, we're Oi, (Outside Ideas), and we're looking for someone who's going to play a big part in our growth story .
We're an international family of 7, who punch well above our weight from a Marketing, Sales and Operations perspective. But we need a little extra help turning our growing start-up business into an industry-leading business support organisation.
This is a new role for Oi, required as a result of our growth over the last 6 months. The Operations Superstar will report to the Operations Manager and will perform a much-needed and crucial role within the business to ensure we are prepared for the explosive growth we anticipate in the next 12 months and beyond. We see the Ops Superstar as the oil that makes our engine work and the glue that holds us all together. Yep, you will be that important to us

Your career so far You've done admin roles, possibly some assistant roles, and you see yourself as a generalist, a doer and a fixer. You're now looking to step up into a role that's really going to utilise your skills and prove your ability to make a difference.

The Role

To succeed with us, you'll be tech savvy, up for a challenge and keen to get stuck in with various work, improving the business operations.
First up, you'll be responsible for helping the Ops manager in documenting our systems / processes / procedures, and you'll be responsible for creating The Oi Way and The M9 Way Documents that willbform the backbone of our growth.
You'll need to have an extremely good eye for detail and a first class creative flair. You'll be responsible for creating lots and lots of slide shows and presentations.
You'll be responsible for creating downloadable templates and forms and you'll be an expert in Google workplace.
You'll be responsible for any and all operational tasks within our business, including supporting the ops manager with any ops based requirements that occur.
Full training will be given, but you need technical ability, high attention to detail, a can do attitude and be prepared to get stuck in. Where you don't know how to do something, you'll need the wherewithal to jump into Google / YouTube / Blogs or other resources and figure stuff out.

Being a Raving fan and ambassador for the business at all times
Active campaign / CRM system management
Creation of PowerPoint slides in canva and all manner of downloadable tools and templates.
Set up events online and the automation behind the sign-up process
Website management (Content uploading, page creation / Front end care)
Ongoing on-the-job (and off-the-job) personal development
Supplier management
Purchasing (uniforms, client gifts, stationary etc)
Diary management for yourself and the founder
Folder and document management
Creation and implementation of the Oi / M9 Handbooks and documenting systems and processes
Data Collection & Reporting
Client support and communication (Email and Phone)
Uploading events / Press Releases to various websites
Booking/liaising with venues/suppliers
Maintaining accurate records of conversations in the CRM
Improving and implementing software
Training and development

You will be responsible for invoicing us on an ongoing monthly basis at the UK sterling rate of the ZAR equivalent, which will be transferred within 5 days of the invoice.
