The Digital Operations Staff assists the Digital Operations Officer in various auxiliary operations such as downloading and extractions of various mobius reports, contacting clients regarding various transactions and other operational tasks that are consistent with the Bank's business objectives, internal policies and procedures, controls and regulatory standards.
Major Responsibilities:
- Operations and Transaction Processing Contacts accountholders for certain transactions involving their digital accounts
- Control and Risk Management - Maintains an acceptable level of digital operations consistent with internal policies, procedures, standards and regulatory requirements
- Customer Service - Ensures consistent and timely delivery of services to internal customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in banking operations, products and services including its digital platforms
- Knowledge in basic accounting
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Team player and can work with other people
- High level of integrity; Reliable and trustworthy; Takes accountability
- Excellent analytical skills
