The function is accountable in the following areas:
A good command of interpreting written English language. Ability to work well on own initiative and able to remain focused. Good organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines. A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a demonstrable ability to summarize information quickly and accurately. Confidence in asking questions and seeking validation. Ability to provide customer support through email, chat or phone calls Ability to support any volume-based customer facing or back-office requirement as needed by the business

Job Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
Ability to work with deadlines
Has great attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience
Fresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspect
Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement and rotating work schedule
