Job description:
Attendance Management:
Manage attendance management system, monitoring daily/ periodical attendance data
Collaborate with warehouse HR and supervisors to address attendance concerns and provide guidance on policy interpretation and system
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at educating supervisors and labor agencies on attendance policies and systems
Onboarding/Offboarding
Manage and execute the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Contract management and personnel file management
Employee Inquiry
Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding
HR policies and procedures
Address emplovee inquiries and concerns in a timelv and professional manner
Benefits Administration:
Manage the benefits enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Maintain up-to-date records of employee benefits and eligibility
Payroll
Manage the payroll daily operations, ensure the salary, income tax and social security are filed and paid in time
Collect the local regulations, and optimize the standaoptimizell process
Design and implement the whole lifecycle of the service fee settlement for out-sourcing workers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ vears of experience in HR operations (SSC and Pavroll) or a related field; Familiarity with warehouse HR practices or payroll work experience in multination corporations on is a plus.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to ad hoc requests.
