Job Summary:
The Operations Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our pain management company by effectively managing various clients, projects and initiatives. This remote position will be based in the Philippines and will require a strong understanding of medical operations, compliance, and project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage complex medical operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional project management support.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new client practices, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration into our network.
- Task Management: Develop and implement project plans, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant medical regulations and compliance standards throughout project execution.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members.
- Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze project metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a project management role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical operations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Monday to Friday Pacific Time hours.
- Opportunity to work remotely from the Philippines.
