The Operations Partner is responsible for managing the overall operations managed service activities for the account.
What will your job look like
- The Operations Partner (COM) leads the managed services activity on site.
- He/she has teams that maintain Amdocs customer and business centricity and should focus on an in-depth understanding of the customer's business requirements, processes, and technical systems.
- He will be the main lead for steering multiple operational transformation plans and aligning the operational outcomes with customer business objectives.
- Operations partner has overall accountability for the successful managed service operations, attaining the needed operational and business SLAs, leading continuous improvement as well as overseeing the vendor management function that supports the ongoing operations.
- Operations partner is also responsible to provide MS inputs for the AOP and meet or exceed AOP targets, specially maintaining the cost of operations in line with the AOP and account MS P&L
- The COM collaborates with the Customer Business Executive (CBE), who has overall responsibility for Amdocs business with the customer.
- The COM and CBE are linked by common goals, targets, and performance measurements. In addition, the COM works closely with the Service partner who leads overall services activities pertaining to the gamut of services being provided to the customer by Amdocs.
All you need is...
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- At least 15+ years experience in managing and leading big teams.
- Highly technical in knowledge and hands-on professional experience in AWS, GCP, Cloud expertise, and other new cloud technologies.
- Creative, Innovative, Flexible, and with strong technical hands-on experience on an end-to-end Cloud Native platform.
- Proven track record of managing customers and large organizations/projects.
- Proven planning and execution capabilities, ability to work within a matrix.
- In-depth business understanding of the customer's environment and the intended use of the system developed.
- Ability to influence operational transformation plans and bring industry best practices.
- Proven track record to perform under pressure in a rapidly changing and demanding operational environment.
- Ability to represent Amdocs interests, plans, achievements etc. with the customer C-level executives.
