Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepares schedule within which the steps/actions of the operations will be carried out;
Delegate work closely with subordinate the responsibility and functions that may be deemed necessary for the full operation of the Company.- Stay abreast of client requirements for existing and future services;
Acts as quality controller/determined from time to time quality of services of deployed personnel on field;
- Ensure that discipline is maintained within his area of responsibility
thru adherence and implementation of standard operating procedures,- company policies, rules and regulations and whenever necessary
recommends appropriate actions against violating subordinates;
- Attends to client call meetings, all concerns and queries/complaint with regards to security services;
Designs programs to keep Client abreast of updates and other security services programs;- Conducts day and night inspections, visits Clients site and monitor performance of deployed guards;
Conducts investigation and prepares reports of investigated cases;
- Recommends to the Human Resources Head disciplinary actions to the erring security personnel;
Prepares security personnel for enhancement programs;- Other functions deemed necessary and as directed by the Immediate Superior.
Qualifications:- With valid Security Officer License
With valid driver's license
- Knows how to drive automatic/manual vehicles
Preferably with experience in security operations
