Assists Relationship Managers in handling customers from different business parties in delivering the right solutions for customers. Support the Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service to customers Handles administrative functions pertaining to clients investment bookings done through Global Markets (GM) or Trust.
Collaboration and coordination with internal (i.e. Business Finance, Global Markets, Trust, etc.) and external counterparts (i.e. Etiqa, etc).
In charge of monitoring expiring WM Customer Suitability Assessment in the CSA database, and coordinates with the RMs to ensure updating of CSA as required within guidelines for Client Suitability Assessment (Individuals).
Reviews completeness and accuracy of investment documents for various product owners.
Serves as point person for key strategies and opportunities to expand on investment solutions (e.g. managing NoCD and Qualified Buyers Program for Wealth Management segment) and to work with GM, GMOS, Trust on end-to-end process flow.
Serves as a point person to liaise with other support units on consolidation of productivity reports, transmittal of investment documents, and other administrative functions of Wealth Management.
Serves as authorized / registered user of the CMPRS system of the SEC on Salesman registration and SEC licence renewals.

Support the Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service to customers
Ensure that a high level of customer service is provided.
Provide Premier Team with regular update and training on processes and regulatory updates related to investments done via Global Markets and Trust.
Handles administrative functions pertaining to clients investment bookings done through Global Markets (GM) or Trust.
Ensure that turnaround time and standard is maintained for all operational activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory, procedures and control matters
What we are looking for
Graduate of any four (4) year business course
Must have at least 3 years banking experience, preferably in Treasury Operations
Business and Strategic Planning; Financial Analysis; Business Risk Analysis; Business Process Management; Business Intelligence and Analytics; and People Management
Familiarity with Office programs; Investment sales and relationship manager management
