Job Description

Directly coordinating with the Project & Accounts Department regarding client related concerns, sudden changes and requirements.
  • Coordinating with permit compliance for all venues, trucks and manpower.
Analyzing how to move systematically during pre, during event until egress ofmultiple events.
  • Providing transportation details like drop-off & pick-up to all company drivers, In -house transportation and rented vehicles/trucks.
Knowledgeable on how to book purchasing, food and event materials deliveries;logistics app like lalamove, Transportify, Grab, Angkas and Joyride.
  • Monitoring logistics & operational movement of bookings, deliveries andtransportation.
Requesting budget for each event as per Pre Prod / Meeting / Alignmentdiscussion.
  • Liquidating all OPEX upon closing of accounts.
Budgeting event & warehouse logistics expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

* 13th month salary
