JOB REQUIREMENT- Bachelor's degree in operations management, criminology, business, or any degree that is related to the position
Must have work experience in SECURITY field or Security Agency- Can effectively supervise security personnel
Knowledge in Security Operations procedure (investigation, screening and risk assessment)
- With Good Moral or positive attitude
Ensure that client requirements are identified and met according to the service contract
- Maintain smooth and effective operations of detachments
Maintain the morale of service personnel through effective lines of communications, recognition programs, guard meetings, dialogues- Handle properly and/or resolve personnel issues with the Company, government, and customers
Facilitates the resolution of all security incidents
- Maintain and monitor the performance of men in the field
Continually finds way to improve security and safety policies and procedures
