Responsibilities and Competences
Plans, monitors, implements, and evaluates over-all Warehouse and Cross Docking Operations.
- Assists Warehouse staff in performing shipping, receiving, preparation of items, checking, inventory, and housekeeping tasks.
b) Warehouse Operation - Shipping- Prepares items for deployment in accordance with the customer requirements.
Performs packing and shipping in accordance with packaging guidelines and accepted methods/practices.- Ensures proper coordination with Sales, Ground &/or Field Operation, and Warehouse to complete warehouse process accurately.
Checks inventory to verify availability of needed materials.
- c) Warehouse Operation - Receiving
Receives incoming items and compare information on HWB to verify accuracy of items.
- Sorts, counts, packages, labels, and unpacks inventory of items received.
Inspects items for shipment on damages, loss, or defects, and notify the Sales and Warehouse Supervisor of reports.- Responsible for accurately receiving, preparation, inventory, pick-up, and checking of items.
Performs and implements diligently all Warehousing policies at all times.
