We are looking for an experienced and dedicated
Operations Manager to manage the Gootopia Quezon City branch. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments/branches for maximum productivity. This person will be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team.
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or any business related courses.
- With at least 3 to 5 years strong of experience as an Operations Manager preferably in Recreational/Entertainment/Leisure Industry.
Heavy on Data Analysis and operations management such as managing/dealing with retail processes and demands.- Must be able to make policy, planning and strategy decision making.
Must be able to develop, implement and review the operation policies and procedures.
- Must be able to multi-task to overseas the daily operations.
Must have strong good communications skills and strong customer service.- Can assists in the operation of other sections and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Amenable to work in Quezon City.Job Type: Full-time
