- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
Develop and implement efficient operational strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project performance and achieve business objectives especially in Sales.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
Generate operational reports for management as needed.
Bachelor's degree holder in business or any related field.- Strong experience in sales specifically in importation is preferred.
Has strong organizational and planning abilities, target and results driven, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
