JOB SUMMARYManages the store operations in its daily activities, develop performance of the Barista, Store Supervisor, Area Supervisor in his assigned area/region per brand and operation standards to achieve the set sales target.
The Operations Manager is a trainer to improve the skills technical and behavioral of his direct reports.
Closely works with his direct reports, coaches store team to ensure that policies and procedures are executed to meet the customer demands, sales activity, and general store functions necessary for efficient store operation.
- Trains and orient store team in manpower planning, customer service, standard operating procedures store operations and that of other support group in the organization.
Identifies Barista and direct team performance challenges, provides assistance, coaches their performance, skillset, and capability for continuous improvement on the job.- Monitors, analyzes, and reacts to daily, weekly and periodic sales results of the stores in his area
Leads in quality customer service.
- Trains and oversees Barista and ensures that products are prepared by them according to the approved made and process on timely manner to meet the speed and demand of the market and or customers.
Ensures welfare, safety and security of employees, location and store operation in general.- Analyzes and takes action with store team to achieve stock accuracy, and maintain stock levels to maximize selling.
Manages operational fund and implement standard fund availability on timely manner.
- Manages cashiering and operational fund; ensures that standard fund/amount is available on timely manner. Oversees compliance to bank deposits and sales reporting according to policies and procedures.
Oversee team on stock accuracy. Take appropriate follow-up with management team to provide consistent results that promote strong brand.- Manages and implements cleanliness, sanitation and overall food and beverage safety, functioning equipment and supplies availability for efficient operation of the store.
Oversees all necessary repairs, refurbishing, and or maintenance jobs to ensure overall look, store/brand are according to approved identity.
- Facilitates incident investigations involving employee or the general condition of the store, its operation in relation with the lessor.
Administers the reporting requirements on employee benefits or Timekeeping related documents - Daily Time Records, pay slips, uniform, etc.- Follow through with Marketing on activities to educating customers about our premium beverage and food items.
Aids marketing promotions or events implementation, educates his staff accordingly.
- Implements company policies, procedures and protocols and any others which the company may introduce or revise from time to time.
Ideally, with progressive work experience in Food and Beverage/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/ industry hotel, restaurant, coffee shop, quick service chain of restaurant last five (5) years experience must be as a head/manager handling several or group of shops/outlets.
- Certified Barista, a plus. Experience in a start-up company desirable.
