This role involves coordinating various administrative, financial, and operational aspects to support the delivery of high-quality aesthetic services. You will work closely with the clinic's leadership team to implement policies, streamline processes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline clinic processes.
Monitor and manage clinic resources, including staff, equipment, and inventory, to optimize efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience from appointment scheduling to post-treatment follow-up.
Monitor and address any issues related to service quality, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics procedures and treatments is an advantage.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
