JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder.
With 3 years working experience as operations manager.
With 10 years work experience in BPO Industries.
Willing to attend face-to-face interview.
Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage KPIs and SLA of all accounts and teams.
Collaborate with workforce manager for accounts and manage teams across e-commerce, customer services, and technical support business.
Handles training for leaders and conduct final operations interview for staff and leaders.
Manage transactions of voice and non-voice to ensure quality and regularly report performance.
Responsible for meetings with client and tracks client escalation.
