OPERATIONS MANAGER for INARI SUKIYAKI Japanese Restaurant

• Core Qualifications:

- At least 3-5 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor/Manager in a Japanese restaurant is a plus.

- Must be presentable and fluent in English language.

- Ability to conduct service trainings is an advantage.

- Must have strong leadership skills and organizational skills.

- Capable of managing both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) team.

- Excellent in forecasting and Inventory Management.

- Able to ensure superb customer service and handling customer complaints.

- Can attend face to face final interview every Tuesday (meeting the CEO)

• Monthly Salary: P35-50K/month

(experience based preferably with extensive experience in f&b industry)
