Job Scope: The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall Operational Management of the store, achievement of set Sales Target, profitability and minimizing operational expenses while driving excellent customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. He/She will also lead the entire store workforce thus passion for people management coupled with great communication skills, a
positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile is a must.
Graduate of a 4-year course related to management
- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in preferably in sales business development or technical sales.
Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction, with Positive and Can-Do attitude and motivation.- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
Willing to be assigned in Mandaue Cebu
Communicating business goals, evaluating & improving operations as well as financial performance- Direct & coordinate business operations & provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, business operations issues, customer complaints, loss of business to competitors)
Set strategic directions & plans for the Center to ensure sustainability & meet business objectives.
- Allocate budget resources, manage operational costs, & monitor financial activities
Manage & improve administrative, logistical, facilities, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations- Consolidate, make and present cost, financial, employee & other reports to the BOD.

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay
