Job Overview

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our client's online wellness business, ensuring seamless efficiency and growth. This role calls for a strategic leader with an MBA (preferred), 5+ years in project management, digital platform expertise, and remote team management experience-all fueled by a passion for wellness.


Employment type: Full-time
Shift: EST Time Zone (Monday - Friday), Fixed weekends off
Work setup: Remote/Work from home

Holding the Reins: Key Actions to Drive Wellness Forward
  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of coaching sessions, customer support, and platform functionality.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of wellness coaches and support staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and optimize service delivery aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, streamline processes, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Client Experience: Oversee client onboarding and ensure high client satisfaction by managing feedback, addressing concerns, and enhancing service quality.
  • Budget Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects to improve service offerings, technology platforms, and operational infrastructure.
  • Business Continuity: Make strategic decisions and manage business operations independently, ensuring continuity and growth while the client focuses on other priorities.
  • KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the online coaching or wellness industry
  • Extensive knowledge of business implementation, decision-making, and operational management
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing remote teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional strategic planning and decision-making abilities
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a drive to contribute to a growing business
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and tools for managing remote operations effectively
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
