Brief Job Description:An Operations Manager manages the store operations in its daily activities and develops the performance of the Barista, Store Supervisor, and Area Managers in his assigned area/region per brand and operation standards to achieve the set sales target. The Operations Manager is a trainer to improve his direct reports technical and behavioral skills.
Ideally, with progressive work experience in Food and Beverage/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/ industry hotel, restaurant, coffee shop, quick service chain of the restaurant last five (5) years experience must be as a head/manager handling several or group of shops/outlets.
- Certified Barista, a plus.
Experience in a start-up company is desirable.- Can cope effectively with complexity and change.
Exhibits passion and excitement over work. Has a can-do attitude.
- Possesses a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to complete the job.
Can structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions.- Willing to travel and do field work across Metro Manila branches and nearby provinces such as Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Bulacan, Subic and Nueva Ecija
