Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Leadership and organizational abilities.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to work in US Shift.
10+ Years of healthcare experience in RCM.

Improve Accounts/Teams Performance
Developing the team to execute business operations and cater to projected growth efficiently
Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes;
Conduct performance appraisals for the TLs, QAs and Associates
Planning and managing the unit's operations and ensuring its success as a profit center
Training the team and developing operating processes & systems to deliver outstanding client services
Innovate to optimize production and constantly improve Production, Quality, and Turnaround Time
Analyzing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity
Developing the organization's policies to motivate & retain the workforce, manage the fund's flow, and general administration.
Responsible for attendance across client teams, Development and maintenance of SOP, and other documentation to ensure uniformity across teams and processes Transition Management
Submits periodic reports to the superiors on the performance and the growth plans available with the client
Contribute towards minimizing attrition & absenteeism
Bachelor's Degree- 5+ years of Inbound or Healthcare experience
4+ years of Leadership Experience
- Excellent level of English communication skills
