Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for the continuous, effective and efficient operation of the plant.
- Oversees that the plant is operating effectively.
- Plans, recommends and develops projects or programs to improve productivity and capacity for continuous and efficient operations of the plant.
- Initiates the department's performance management system and/or monitors monthly production objectives.
- Conducts monthly operational meetings.
- Ensures the implementation of the production plans and monitors and controls the production operations.
- Ensures the sufficiency of raw materials throughout the operation.
- Communicates and reports to the Vice President or President and coordinates to QA Manager for any changes related to Food Safety and Management System.
- Ensures operations/production system is properly implemented.
- Ensures preventive maintenance is properly carried out. Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Consolidates production data and conducts analysis base on the data gathered.
- Submits reports to the management regarding efficiency and productivity of the over-all production performance.
- Ensures that the target volume is achieved on the specified timeline.
- Ensures the maintenance and implementation of Company Policy and Food Safety Management System standards.
