As anOperations Manager, you will manage the internal order management system, overseeing the entire campaign workflow. You'll partner closely with Advertising Operations teams to enhance workflow efficiencies, implement new features, resolve defects, and ensure seamless operations.

A Day in the Life of Digital Excellence
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift, Mon-Fri 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM PH time, Fixed weekends off
Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati

Responsibilities that Drive Success
  • Interface directly with key business stakeholders to understand and document day-to-day operations, critical business processes, and pain points.
  • Lead discovery and feedback sessions with stakeholders, focusing on continuously improving day-to-day operations.
  • Transform business requirements into technical designs, collaborate with technical teams, test changes, and approve for production release.
  • Create detailed testing and project plans to support large, complex projects.
  • Lead the change management process following each release.
  • Track bugs, collaborate with the internal engineering team for resolution, and ensure adherence to regression testing.
  • Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting issues, replicating bugs, and resolving simple requests escalate to a senior Salesforce admin when necessary.
  • Produce measurement reports following releases to track adoption rates.


Requirements

Qualifications Needed to Thrive

  • 3+ years of experience in Project/Process Management.
  • 4+ years of Operations experience.
  • Strong ability to document business processes and design workflows.
  • Salesforce/Community experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
