The Opportunity:
ECI has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of all operational aspects of the site. In this hybrid role, you will oversee people-related functions, finance, and business operations, with a strong focus on efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth.
This is a
hybrid role based in ECI's Taguig City 1634, PH office.
What you will do:
People-Related Functions
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Maintain HR policies that align with company values and local regulations.
- Oversee employee performance management, including appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, encouraging teamwork and employee engagement.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, maintaining a productive working environment.
Finance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
Business Operations
- Ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Manila site.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to support business operations.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, financial management, and business operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino is an advantage.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term plans that align with business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying issues and creating effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changes in the business environment and operational demands.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication with various stakeholders at all levels.
