Duties & Responsibilities:- Overseeing the planning, implementation and executions of construction projects
Monitor several construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they conform to plans.- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
Helping the organization's processes remain legally compliant
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
Minimum of five years (5) of direct experience in construction industry demonstrating capabilities to manage operations effectively.
Outstanding ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize them, and see them to completion.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects to successful completion.
Time management and strategic planning skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
