A. PRIMARY PURPOSE: Leads and manages the Operations Department through review, conceptualization, creation and implementation of the right processes in accordance to regulatory-based best practices applicable in security services industry.
Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are being properly executed.
Overseeing performance and deliverables of Deputy Operations Manager, Inspector, Area Coordinator, Area Commander, Detachment Commander, Assistant Detachment Commander, Shift In-Charge, Security Officer.
- B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clientele Focus
- Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
- Ensure that the Security Survey, Security Plan, and other pertinent documents being required for bidding or proposal to the client are well reviewed and evaluated to prevent potential losses of the company prior submission to the client.
- Plan a smooth execution of take-over to the newly acquired account through collaboration with concern departments to ensure that all are onboard and requirements set by the client are met.
- Plan a smooth execution of pull-out of account through collaboration with concern departments to ensure that all installed, posted and issued machines, equipment, ammunition, fire arms and all kind of properties of Commander Group of Companies are properly and completely retrieved, collected and accounted to be turned-over to warehouse or concern department.
Hands-on handling on operations day-to-day transactions.
- Ensures that all advance manning schedule for implementation are in accordance to Labor Code and to some detachments with RBA requirements.
- Ensures all Daily Activity Reports of operations team is valid prior submission to HR Department for payroll processing.
- Collaborates with other department team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
- Ensures operations continuity thru overseeing staffing plans.
- Develop conflict-resolution programs and lead conflict-management practices.
- Manage supply chain processes, including inventory and sourcing.
- Handle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
Achieving of Departmental Goals
- Constant review and updating from time to time the Job Descriptions of the operations team in alignment to the implemented processes and procedures.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics to create reports on the effectiveness of operations and to drive informed decision-making.
- Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
- Monitor operations team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement to increase quality of work.
- Conduct performance review of all personnels of operations.
