Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a global organization

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

- Monitor and analyze operational performance and make recommendations for improvement

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to supply chain, logistics, and customer service

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

- Identify areas for cost-saving and process improvement - Manage and develop a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors

- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management
