Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in leading geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration and achieving collective goals.
- Professional experience in Microsoft Applications.
- Deep knowledge of POR, inbound and inventory policies, and leveraging Amazon Vendor Central for strategic initiatives and business growth. Familiarity with AVS, RBS, SPS, or SWAT is an advantage.
- Comfortable with change, adept at navigating evolving business landscapes while leading effectively.
- Skilled in data manipulation and analysis, particularly in Excel, to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Efficiently resolves challenges, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive product development and innovation.
- Articulate communicator capable of translating complex ideas into impactful narratives.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, ensuring high-quality standards in all operational aspects.
- Ability to compartmentalize and articulate concepts for effective communication with technical teams, making informed decisions aligned with long-term business goals.
