Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and operational performance of the company- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement innovative solutions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve business objective
Foster culture of continuous improvement and high performance- Ensures compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies
Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company's assets and reputation
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance update to the management team- Enhance customer experience by streamlining processes and improving service delivery
Address and resolve any operational issues impacting client satisfaction
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities- In-dept knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant degree is preferred
- At least 8+ years of experience of operational management or in banking and financial services
