Operations Manager

About the role

As the Operations Manager at Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations. This is a full-time role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our ferry services to our customers.g the operations team to ensure all ferry services run smoothly and on schedule

• Developing and implementing operational strategies and policies to improve efficiency and productivity

Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborating with other departments, such as maintenance and customer service, to address operational challenges

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

• Overseeing the planning and execution of special events or charters

Providing leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree related to Port Management and Ship Management

At least 3-5 years of experience in the shipping and port operation industry

• Operational Management and Decision-making

Oversees the operational activities of all ports and is a key part of management team

• Analyze and improve organizational process, quality, productivity, and efficiency of operations

Hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs, strategizing process improvements

• Responsible for ensuring quality of company's services and meeting customer expectations

Coordinates with LGUs and other government agencies

• Coordinates with different departments (Technical, Sales, Security, Customer Service)
