Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop measurable objectives to be achieved or exceeded annually.

  • Develop programs of major actions to achieve or exceeded objectives.

  • Generate reports or forecast for production capacity and manpower requirements.

  • Recommends to higher management any changes in organization, promotion/dismissals of subordinates.

  • Plan assignments to subordinates so that objectives will be achieved or exceeded.

  • Prepare/recommend for department's monthly budget

  • Implement and supervise the carrying out of approved plans and programs.

  • Delegate specific duties and responsibilities so each subordinate (Sr Supvr/Supvr) can make maximum use of their expertise and knowledge.

  • Monitor each subordinates activities and performance.

  • See to it that subordinates complaints and inquiries are properly and promptly handled.

  • Administer Company policies.

  • Conduct regular orientation/guidance to subordinates to develop their skill on related jobs.

  • Support organizations policies and procedures among organizations.

  • See to it that records and reports are made to update progress of each objectives/programs.

  • Analyze departments problems/deficiencies for necessary corrective actions.

  • Generates departments weekly report to management.

  • Implements compliance to ISO standards.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
