    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with the management is responsible for developing and articulating the fulfillment of the Company's Vision, Goals and Objectives in conjunction with Amcor's business strategies and core values.

  • Responsible for the development of the company's strategic direction and attainment of the company's operational and financial goals aligned with the various stakeholders need.

  • Establish strong working relationships with key business partners, customers and other stakeholders to assess and discuss strategic business issues, implications of such issues, potential solutions and understand their service needs.

  • Analyze operating performance and results and initiate corrective actions as necessary.

  • Ensure soundness and transparency of the company's financial structure and plans and reviews capital requirement, projections and working capital needs.

  • Stay current with internal and external market challenges, opportunities and trends that may affect the company and ensure that appropriate strategies are implemented.

  • Bring the organization to high and sustained standards of performance.

  • Meet the quality, quantity and customer service standards demanded and precisely defined in the budget and strategic plan.

  • Develops the organization as an empowered and customer service driven organization consistently delivering commitments.

  • Provides the leadership in the implementation of an efficient and effective EHS program company-wide.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


    Degree in any Engineering discipline.
    Possess minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience with proven management skills.
    Demonstrated sound operations skills to drive for cost down, manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    Proven experience and knowledge of broad manufacturing and production management.
    Excellent communication skills, high integrity, effective team leader and good organizational skills.
    Experience in managing multi-national teams, cross-functional projects and a strong ability to lead others without direct authority.
    Possess strong change management skills.
    Good communication skills to lead manage and drive projects and people to achieve organization goals.
