Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.- Preferably with 5 years of experience in operations management from a Retail Company (Food Industry/Coffee).
With extensive experience in handling multiple franchising business.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and improve operations processes, increase efficiency and productivity, and reduce costs and errors.
Can create operations manual.- Strong work ethic with fast organizational and professional metabolism - thrives in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong operational acumen and innate business sense with the ability to rapidly scale up operations and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to make strategic decisions.
Can create national and local marketing plans.
